1. Zen mentality - The highs and lows of life are to be treated the same. All of it will come and all of it will go. Your peace stays through it all. Positives are to be celebrated and moved on from. Negatives are to be learnt from and eventually forgotten about.

2. Smile all the time - especially when nobody is looking.

Don't be that person with a grumpy face. Be the person whose eyes always RADIATE happiness. Your eyes state will translate to your soul and body.

3. Live for others' happiness, work for others' happiness, grow for others' happiness. A life spent "TAKING" and

"COLLECTING" money, rewards and recognition for yourself is a life that will ALWAYS feel empty. Be a giver, not a taker! Turn your priorities away from GREED, towards GENEROSITY.
